1. طلب الحجز ليس تأكيداً نهائياً
إرسال نموذج الحجز في التطبيق أو الموقع يعني إرسال طلب استشارة فقط. لا يصبح الموعد مؤكداً، ولا ينشأ التزام بالدفع، إلا بعد أن يرسل المكتب تأكيداً واضحاً يتضمن نطاق الاستشارة وموعدها وشروطها.
2. الإلغاء أو تغيير الموعد
لطلب الإلغاء أو تغيير الموعد، تواصل مع المكتب وأرسل الرقم المرجعي إن كان متوفراً:
تُطبّق على الطلب شروط الموعد المكتوبة التي تم إرسالها وقبولها عند التأكيد، إضافة إلى أي حقوق يقررها القانون المعمول به.
3. الدفع والاسترداد
لا يجمع تطبيق V.ADVISORY أو الموقع بيانات البطاقة أو المحفظة أو الحساب المصرفي؛ تُعالج عملية الدفع في بوابة زين كاش الخارجية.
يمكن دفع الباقات ذات السعر الثابت مباشرة بعد تسجيل الطلب، بينما يحتاج العمل ذو النطاق المخصص إلى عرض من المكتب. الدفع لا يثبت الموعد تلقائياً؛ راجع شروط الخدمة والإلغاء والاسترداد قبل إتمام العملية.
- إذا لم يتم دفع أي مبلغ، فلا توجد عملية مالية لاستردادها.
- إذا تم الدفع خارج التطبيق، تعتمد أهلية الاسترداد ومبلغه على شروط الموعد المكتوبة، وحالة تقديم الخدمة، وشروط مزود الدفع، والقانون المعمول به.
- هذه الصفحة لا تعد بوعد استرداد ثابت لكل الحالات ولا تلغي الحقوق التي يمنحها القانون للمستخدم.
4. الخدمات الخارجية
واتساب ومزود الدفع خدمات خارجية مستقلة، ويخضع استخدامها لشروطها وسياسات خصوصيتها. لا يُحمّل موقع الويب Google Analytics إلا بعد قبول الزائر للتحليلات، بينما لا يحتوي تطبيقا Android وiOS على حزمة تحليلات.
1. A booking request is not a final confirmation
Submitting the booking form in the app or website sends a consultation request only. An appointment is not confirmed, and no payment obligation arises, until the office sends a clear confirmation describing the consultation scope, time, and applicable terms.
2. Cancellation or rescheduling
To request cancellation or rescheduling, contact the office and include the reference number if available:
The written appointment terms sent and accepted at confirmation apply to the request, together with any rights provided by applicable law.
3. Payment and refunds
The V.ADVISORY app and website do not collect card, wallet or bank-account details; payment is processed on ZainCash's external gateway.
Fixed-price consultations can be paid after the request is recorded, while custom-scope work requires an office quote. Payment does not automatically confirm an appointment; review the service, cancellation and refund terms before completing the transaction.
- If no payment was made, there is no financial transaction to refund.
- If payment was made outside the app, refund eligibility and amount depend on the written appointment terms, the status of service delivery, the payment provider's terms, and applicable law.
- This page does not promise a fixed refund in every case and does not limit rights granted to the user by law.
4. External services
WhatsApp and the payment provider are independent external services governed by their own terms and privacy policies. The website loads Google Analytics only after the visitor accepts analytics, while the Android and iOS apps do not contain an analytics SDK.
