1. Scope and acceptance

These terms govern use of vertexesadvisory.com, the V.ADVISORY app, and their connected digital services, operated by Dr. Hasan Talib Qasim Aljabur in his personal professional capacity. By using the platform or submitting a request, you acknowledge these terms. A later written engagement agreement controls if it conflicts with these terms for that specific engagement.

2. Platform purpose and consultation requests

The platform provides professional information and a way to submit an initial consultation request. Submission or receipt of a reference number does not accept the engagement or confirm a time or fee. A service commitment begins only after the office reviews the matter and sends written confirmation of the scope, deliverables, timing, fees, and applicable terms.

3. Professional scope and limits

Services may cover engineering, project governance, planning, feasibility and project economics, oil and energy, and business development within the agreed scope. Feasibility and project-economics services do not include managing funds, portfolios, or securities, or giving personal recommendations to buy or sell investment products. The platform does not replace specialist legal, tax, or medical advice.

The quality of any deliverable depends on the accuracy of client-supplied information, documents, assumptions, and the agreed limits of the engagement. The client and its authorized decision-makers remain responsible for final decisions and implementation unless a written agreement states otherwise.

4. User information and documents

Provide accurate, current information and do not impersonate another person or organization. Do not send passwords, verification codes, card or bank-account details, identity images, or unredacted secrets through public forms. Agree on an appropriate channel with the office before sending sensitive documents.

5. Fees and payment

The V.ADVISORY app and website do not collect card, wallet or bank-account details; those details are entered only on ZainCash's external gateway.

Fixed-price consultations may be paid directly after the request is recorded, while project reviews require a custom quote from the office. The amount is shown before the payment gateway opens. Payment alone does not confirm the appointment; the office confirms the time and scope in writing.

6. Acceptable use and intellectual property

Do not misuse the platform, disrupt or bypass its safeguards, submit unlawful or harmful content, or copy, publish, or commercially exploit its visual identity, reports, forms, or content without permission. Client-supplied materials remain owned by the client or their respective owners. Ownership and permitted use of engagement deliverables are defined in the applicable written agreement.

7. External services and links

The platform may open email, WhatsApp, a payment provider, or other websites. These are independent services, and we do not control their availability, terms, or privacy practices. A link does not guarantee their content or endorse all of their practices.

8. Availability and responsibility

We use reasonable care to operate the platform and protect requests, but it may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance or technical events outside our control. General published information is introductory and is not, by itself, a final opinion for a specific matter. These terms do not exclude any liability or user right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Cancellation and privacy

Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund requests are governed by the Cancellation & Refund Policy and the written confirmation terms. The Privacy Policy explains the information collected, its use, and data-subject rights.

10. Changes and contact
